My name is Caro Kingsnorth; I’m the founder of Ignite Development and a professional coach and management consultant. I am passionate in my belief that all people have great potential and if you can unlock that potential, the individual grows in both competence and confidence.
I also believe that using a combination of a person’s own strengths plus new ideas and approaches, enables them to enhance their current ‘tool box’ quickly and effectively.
People come to me with a variety of challenges. For example, gaining more confidence in a particular area, a lack of clarity about the future or not being able to put their finger on a nagging anxiety. It can also be about a key work relationship that has broken down or just feels stuck in some way. My key aim is to enable you to realise your own potential and also, if relevant, that of your team.
I have been privileged to coach senior managers and their teams from a variety of industry sectors and have seen that coaching enables both individuals and groups to grow and improve. This takes place by providing not only intellectual stimulation, but also practical challenge, stretch and objective reflection. My approach is light on process and any single methodology. Instead, I work with you to establish clear goals and the interventions that will enhance your personal tool kit and help you to achieve success.
